Ryan,
Have you not gotten started YET!
I have 100% confidence in Graydon. He and the stuff he sells are top self. I have not seen the plans he sells, but knowing him, they will be worth it!
What are you thinking of building?
There are others available that are well done. A quick google search will turn up a bunch.
Such as Murphy's Machines VERY nice plans there.
WVO is getting scarce here in the Metro, how are supplies out your way?

Hi Rick! How is everything?

I've seen screenshots of Graydon's plans, and they look very comprehensive- he usually seems to illustrate everything with dozens of photos. Obviously there are lots of other ways to build an Appleseed and it's not that hard to just follow simpler plans. One of my old ones is at Welcome - Collaborative Biodiesel Tutorial Website. There are tons at graydon's photo forum at biodieselpictures.com :: Index.

Hi Girl Mark! things are slow around here! The Midwest is starting to look like the left coast! Oil sources drying up, renders buying out from under us Homebrewers! But we knew this time would come. I stop making custom machines I just can not compete price wise with the plastic tank systems. To bad for sure.
Thanks for the details on Graydons plans, to tell you the truth I did not take the time to post the links in my other post.

Ryan, get off your butt and get moving, diesel prices are never going to be .99 per gallon (the point at which I stop making Biodiesel) again!
28 deg last night and I am STILL running B100!

I heard about biodiesel when gas was about $1.09/gallon. It still seemed like .50C a gallon was a good idea.

oh, the days...

Yep! Its awesome. I was really screwed up for at least 2 months with babesia infection- it's another tick-borne disease like/with Lyme. I'm not out of the woods yet but I can actually tell that treatment is doing something, which it didn't feel like for the first 2 months. I actually built a thing or two a few days ago which I was in no shape to most of the fall.

Stay away from ticks, it truly sucks when they have something like this and pass the gift along.
