i have a 2000 7.3 and a 05 6.0 love both of them for their different reasons i,ve had about the same amount of repairs on each one nothing serious 7.3-of course the cps a few times and a few smaller things 6.0-egr cooler(at this time i did the delete and studs while i had a bunch of stuff off anyways) not that bad overall i think i spent 2400 parts and labor and 10 bux every 30k or for new gaskets when i clean the egr valve but other than that its been a great truck and it gets used a lot (tows) almost 200k on the 7.3 and 130k on the 6.0 6.o i would steer clear of the 03 just my opinion but either one of these is good was just asking earlier so we could address concerns
