Upgrade headlight harness

How hard is it to install the upgraded headlight harness on an 05 F250 XLT? I have seen this harness for sale that puts 12v to the light by using a new wiring harness with relays. I would assume this is a safe upgrade? Does the new harness go in front of the radiator? Any help would be nice before I start this upgrade.

It wasn't hard at all. Running the harness from one side to the other was like running speaker wire, just route it any way that makes you happy. I think I just routed mine long the top of the radiator under the where the jack crank handle stows.

When I ordered my harness, I specified the option that keeps the low beams on with the high beams. Along with the harness I put in a pair of Silverstar bulbs. The combination of the two was just awesome.
