I have a 2017 and am trying to connect to the dead ended upfitter switches. The owners manual says they are located under the panel on the passengers side kick panel. I found no wires dead ended that match any color scheme in the book. Has anyone connected to the 2017 Upfitter switches yet?
Don't have a 17 but have read that the upfitter pigtails are taped to harness under the hood on drivers side just below the the relay box. Should have rubber dipped ends on wires. Good luck!

I'm going to ask something really dumb, so please excuse my ignorance.

I found the big bundle of wires under the dash as well as the pass throughs on the firewall. In order to use the pass through wires do I need to connect wires to each other under the dash or are the pass through wires already connected to the switches?

The pass thru wires just go from under the dash.. thru the firewall. Not connected to anything.
