What code are you referring to? What year truck and motor type? There is a list of DTC Codes in the WIKI section on the right side of the TOP BLUE LINE.

What Dave said.. but a SWAG would be: A leak somewhere, after the turbo. resulting in a Low Boost psi, in relation to throttle inputs... as sensed by the PCM.

Inspect your I/C boots for leaks, cracks and the clamps.. being tight.
