Looks like we should send some cowboys in to the big oil corps and have a little chat with the big boys. :guns:
This is getting downright pathetic.
Cost $70 to fill up my WINDSTAR this morning- 3.15/ gal :eek:

I don't know exactly what all they are shutting down or are going to replace but the lines they shut down are not the only ones. The north slope is covered with pipes that feed into collection facility's and then feed into the main pipeline to Valdez. There are multiple fields with multiple lines. Most of the fields are much newer than the one they are shutting down. I seriously doubt that the oil flow through the Valdez line will change much due to this problem. This may be a little political move to get peoples attention too. I can hear it now "why is fuel so high? Because the north slope shut down, I heard it on CNN".

I think the increase is because Jimmy Johnson won the Allstate 400 at Indy yesterday.

Gooda exscuse as any....... These Dayz;) ;) :D
