Help Needed Turbo Surge?

Hey Guys:

I'm not sure if this was a freak incident or not but tonight on my way home from work I was driving 40mph (4th gear but not in OD yet) and I could hear my Turbo Surging as i accelerated (up/down, up/down). It would hold at 6psi and then jump to 10psi then back to 6psi. Has anyoned else had this problem??????????????

I'm guessing sticking VGT actuator. Did it go away after your freak incident? What year, miles,mods? Most here will say drive it like you stole it now and then.
