Hey bart man, why a 203 thermostat? I thought the cooler the better? Also, where do you get Tony's tunes at and are stock injectors ok to run with his tunes?

Sorry for the long delay in my response, I spent yesterday having a blast at the Ford/Buick shootout. The 203 t-stat has been said to be better. Maybe I'm sucker for believing it, but diesels like to be warm. The ambient air can stand to be cool, but the motor operating temp was said to be better at 203* that the stock which varied between 190*ish and 200*. You can get Tony's tunes at http://www.totaldieselperformance.com or 817-932-5078. Stock injectors are fine until you want more power. In the hotter tunes you will most likely have a check engine light come on occasionally with code p1211 which is the running out of high pressure oil.

I like it.Stock, 50, 75, 100, 140 extreme, high idle. i had it in my OBS, had it reprogrammed for the SD now. IN the OBS i had, Stock, 50, 75, 100, high idle, no start. 100 was basically a smoke tune b/c you cant get more than 75 from a chip alone. but it did run good.
the 140 in the SD has awsome power (too much actually, for my stock tranny and turbo), and lots of smoke!!
