well they are leakin pretty bad, think i am goin to attempt the fix this weekend.
I never did it on a superduty, did it on an OBS and it was a PITA, and it never did seal good, it still leaked.
Any pointers to give me?
On the superduty is there o-rings between turbo and pedistole AND under the pedistole?
Does anyone have the International Part numbers?

Thanks fer the help

Here are the o-ring you need.

Pedestal 2 #205 7/16 ID x 11/16 OD x 1/8 W
2 #211 13/16 ID x 1 1/16 OD x 1/8 W

Turbo Pedestal O-Rings (between pedestal & block; pedestal & turbo)
(Ford) F4TZ-6N653-A & -B
(International) 1815560C1 Turbo to pedestal O-ring .421 x .560
(International) 1815561C1 Turbo to pedestal O-ring .769 x .908

There are two sets, one for motor to pedestal, one for pedestal to turbo. Below are two instructions for a WW install, one for turbo removal and one for no turbo removal. I included the no removal for pictures and extra info.

Enjoy!!

it isnt that bad. i did mine 3 times..

not that they were bad but i pulled the turbo to add some upgrades, and a gain to add more and the last time to add the bellowed up pipes so i wouldnt have to ever touch the stock ones that are prone to blowing the doughnut gaskets.

I coated the o-rings with gasket sealant when I put the new turbo in my truck as well as on the flat surfaces next to the o-rings.

I did so for two reasons:
1) Primarilly because the gasket sealant helps hold the o-rings in place during installation while trying to wrestle with the turbo.
2)Secondly, the tackiness of the gasket sealant helps ensure a good seal is obtained.
