Got it back today 1 month and 1 day after I brought it into the dealer for a no start when warm issue. They replaced sensors, o-rings, inlet and outlet line to and from HPOP, and HPOP. They replaced the batterys cuz they said they were down to 285 ca. Started good all winter down to -20 and would crank for 15min in bursts when it wouldn't start and they didn't even call to tell me they were bad before replacing them. They also changed my oil and filter without asking and put in reg oil.( I have had rotella syn in it since first change) It pulls 28lbs of boost and holds it now. It never did before. Got charged the $100 deductible and I have 7 year 200k extended warranty with 0 deduct so still have to staighten that out. Grease on my drivers seat but still am glad it runs again and I have it back and I don't have to drive that loaner car anymore and hear all the crap fron the chevy guys at work. The Ford custumer relations rep is calling me Monday to see how things went and if I am satisfied.

Fuel pump is noisy when you first turn on key then seems normal once pressure is built. Don't think it is right but I AM NOT BINGING IT BACK TO THAT DEALER. Do you think the new HPOP has the upgrade to hold the snap fit lines in? They didn't know when I asked.

i am asuming it should....you would think they would have did any updates(updated parts), while they were in there....

That must be a good dealer, if he fixed your truck with those mods on it. My dealer worked on mine but complained about my 4in. EX and gages.
