one more thing #30 fuse was blown and I replaced it and it blowed again as soon as I stuck it in??

#30 is for Wastegate Solenoid, Fuel Heater and Injector Driver Module Relay Coil. Without power to the IDM it is not going to run. The reason the fuse blows is probably a shorted out fuel heater. Try unplugging the fuel heater and see if the fuse still blows. The 94-97 trucks have the same issue but on them it is fuse #22.

Side note: On the newer 6.0 engines the #30 is the headlights. It would help if when asking questions you would fill in your signature line with just what year of truck you have.

Plug is on the side of the fuel bowl. There is also a plug for the water in fuel light but I think it is down a little lower.
