truck wont start snowing again plz help

just had to put in a fuel heater last week
then starter went
now truck just cranks and cranks til batts die with no start
fuel bowl full of fuel
starts and runs off of starter fluid only after that runs out truck dies!
temp is in single digits diesel 911 in bowl and tank
any ideas would be a huge help

when you are cranking it over, is it smoking out the tailpipe? (no ether for this check)

Check out that low voltage code FIRST. Load test yer Batteries and clean up the connections.

The 0603 is from teh Hypertech and nothing to worry about. The low voltage was addressed by Joe, make sure your batts are good and strong. If they are 4 years old or older then they are suspect. Make sure you have no blown fuses, the fuel heater is notorious for taking out a fuse which disables the IDM. Check your VC harness connections as well.
