whell got my truck running a few days ago got all the parts and such on it and took it for a drive started up fine all the times, went to my buddies house and started to show him the stacks, then i shut the truck off and went to start it again to leave, and nothing, dead in the water no juice, jumped it or attempted it he hooked up his + cable to the neg and then i tried to start it and started to smoke from somewher on the pass side of the truck, un hooked and tried again and got more juice to it but no dice, then let it sit for an hour charging and nothing again,. batteries are brand new in the truck never had this problem before, all the lights and glow plug heater works and all that but go to crank it over, and nothing, no click or attempt to start, all my fuses are good checked the underhood ones on the driver side, and in the cab fuse box, are there inline fuses somwhere could it be the starter? i need to get this dang beast on the road!
