My truck was puking under load so I did a coolant flush. Once the flush was completed and refilled with coolant and water the puking actually got worse for a short time under all conditions. Now it has stopped puking altogether whether driving normally or pulling loads.
Can I assume the puking, after the flush, was just air working out of the system. I have already bought an oil cooler and was planning on deleting the EGR and adding head studs at the same time. Now I am not sure I even have a problem.
I cleaned the EGR valve at the same time and it was a little dirty but dry. I did not see very much in the intake either and cleaned it as much as I could.
Any ideas? Has this happened to anyone else?
