Truck Runs But Run Rough

As you know my truck quit running & i said i was going to tthe dealer.
They told me that it needed a high pressure oil pump & a ipr.
I had the truck towed back home . I rebuilt the ipr & replaced the high pressure hoses with 3/8 HP hose & took out the springs inside the fitting in the pump.
The truck runs ,But rough at idle sound like a school bus .
the noise goes away while driving above 40 mph
If i unplug the icp it get worse, So does the (school bus sound ) ,shakes bad.
Has anyone had trouble with the icp??

Yep. What year is the truck and which engine do you have?

The roughness will smooth out and eventually go away, its air in the high pressure oil rails and it needs to purge out.

After I replaced the injectors in my truck, it took almost 300 miles to smooth out (get the air out of the HPO system)

The truck ia a 2003 F-250 7.3 Eng.
Took the truck to a diesel shop . Put it on a scanner & it showed 3,100 PSI
in the hpop system @ idle.

Did your idle smooth out?

Was it showing 3100psi and not changing? At idle it should only be around 600psi. You have a problem if it's reading 3100 @idle.

The IPR is most likely stuck closed & the PCM is estimating ICP ...Did you have the IPR cleaning instructions on hand when you did it?...If not , do you need them?...

Truck runs good after i installed a new IPR.
I guess i messed up when i tryed to rebuild my old ipr .
