Truck not starting?

Over the winter my truck would not start on the cold days while sitting in the garage at work. I replaced the GPR when I was able and the truck did OK. When it was warmer out, I checked the glow plugs. Only one of eight was good. Ordered and replaced with motorcraft plugs. Checked all eight before installing in truck and checked again before I put the valve covers back on, after replugging them in. Today, 95+*s outside, I got in the truck, waited until the wait to start light went out and tried to start the truck. She just kept rolling over but no fire. Cycled the WTS two more times and she fired right up.

Any ideas?

Could be the HPOP pressure didn't build fast enough. At least 350 RPM and 450-500 ICP. Oil level is OK?

meh.. injectors..

and get a Swamps IDM too. Higher voltage output. Makes them work more better.
