I just returned from a trip to Georgia yesterday. and if you guys remember Ford had replaced the turbo two months ago and new computer flash. Well on the way home, no head wind just rolling hills north Florida my King Ranch F-350 Dually was always in the boost 20-25 psi 2800 to 3100 rpm to maintain 65 mph.
on flat land boost was at 10 to 15 psi. it was running ok, no black smoke, idled fine, no ecm codes. trailer weighs 11000 lbs. truck weighs 9020 lbs. The truck is box stock no mods at all 4:10 rear axle. does this sound normal? would the winter blend of fuel have any bearing on this?

Feeling underpowered is a REALLY relative term :)

as compared to what ? Maybe take a moment to either do some benchmarking at a dyno shop or some times at the strip....

with 4.10 gears I can't imagine anything feeling underpowered :)

The only time mine feels underpowered though is when I unload the SCT tune and run stock... now THAT's underpowered...

Good luck to you.. and after you get it running right stock, you might consider a tuner.... won't ever feel underpowered again :)
