Ok pulled every fuse inside and under the hood of the truck and all are good. The wts light still does not come on or the fue lpump. And the tach still does not jump at all while cranking. Any other suggestions?

:dunno Is beyond my limited knowledge, anyone else like to chime in? Still think it is a fuse. Did you OHM out the fuses to make sure they didn't have a break in them that couldn't be seen? After that I give.............for now.

could it be the computer.

Ive been following this thread for awhile and unfortunately I was going to suggest a fried PCM early on but wanted to see if someone would chime in with a better suggestion.:sorry

Do you know anybody that has a 99 that you could swap PCM's with for a test? If not, I would suggest pulling your PCM and getting ahold of Jody @ DPTuner, they will be able to determine if it is fried and set you up with a replacement.

Found the problem today. Truck has started. It was the pig tail harness to the sensor on the drivers side head. I think it is called an ip something. The wires insulation had deteriated and the wires had touched. When i moved the wires so they would not touch everything went back to normal and the truck started up. Thanks for all the help. It was greately apprecited. Once again thanks.
