Trouble starting when humid and/or cold out.

So one I've noticed with my truck is... she doesn't like to start when its humid and/or cold out.... Now I know why she won't when its cold... but can humidity really effect the glow plugs from working properly?

I know the plugs are Factory but as far as relays go... your guess is as good as mine.

When I had my truck in the shop this last Feb. He tested all my systems and said there was nothing wrong with any of my plugs... I was just have issues with my UVC Harness.
