The boost should be OK but the tranny temperature is the same old story. It tells you what the PCM wants it to tell you; too little too late.

That guage looks pretty sweet. Do the analog style guages use sending units etc or are they mechanical? I would think that mechanical might be more reliable over time, or does it really mater any more with todays electronics?

BigBrother44, Personally I prefer the pillar style gauges. Normally the boost is a mechanical gauge (pressure tube), egt and trans temp are electric with sending units. I trust the old school gauges over the new electronic multi-gauges.(X-Monitor) I don't think that one is better than they other, it's more about personal preference. Most of us here prefer pillar gauges.
