OK heres the new problem, Coming up to a light I hear a clunk from the tranny, When I start to take off the motor revs but I barley move.. It doesnt do it all the time drove around for a few hours yesterday and it did it twice right before I got home. Any Ideas...

Sounds like you have some junk floating around in the tranny and one of the solenoids is sticking. It's not allowing the clutch pack to lock down properly. I'd get that looked at pronto before you glaze a clutch and have real problems.
