Truck now at 120,00 miles. I the morning going to work when the trans shifts into to overdrive there is a slight bucking. Give it the fuel to downshift and let it shift back into overdrive and runs smooth. Sometimes I have to make it downshift twice but after that it runs all day shifting into overdrive and running smoothly. Anyone experienced that? Thanks in advance
Ok just read some more in the searchs. I have posted in the last month that at 45-50 miles the rear of the truck seems to be hopping. Not violently but shutter/hop once past that speed seems to be smooth. I bought the truck at 95k and the trans has not been serviced ( I know bad boy) According to ford the trans was replaced by them at 56k. So this trans has approx 64k miles. I have replaced the FICM but have never gotten the truck flashed. I just wanted to put it all out there. Not sure if these can be all connected or not. Would like to get a good starting point to try and figure this out. Thank you.
