He guys I'm pisssssssssss-- with FMC over their screwing up my trans when they removed the retard mode, any advice as where to from here,I have hit a brick wall fighting FMC over this. I realy did use that function during our last 12,000 6 month road trip thru the Pacific N/W last year.

you can get that back with a SCT tuner, i really like the more aggressive tow/haul mode. reaaaaaallllllyyyyyy slows down the PSD alot, and a great brake saver too.
