So I had a transmission range sensor go down (truck shifted HARD into reverse, reverse lights weren't on, truck would not shift into overdrive so I was limited to about 60-65mph at 2500rpms).
I went in an replaced the Transmission range sensor and the truck was good for about 2 days. Then the other day I shifted to reverse to back out of my drive and it shifted hard again. The Tow/Haul light started flashing once again. It wouldn't shift into overdrive. Eventually, after about 20 min of driving, it went away on its own and it was fine. Did this same thing 2 more times, and now it won't go off and I have no overdrive.
I checked my tranny fluid and it was a LITTLE low, but not enough that it should do any damage. I'm gonna go grab some right now but I highly doubt this will fix the problem.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
