Now I dont have to worry about small animals getting stuck to the inter cooler, yes inter cooler

I had a few hrs to lay under her and check out the plumbing really well
made me proud, but also made me miss the 6.0
it seems theses eco boost inter coolers also tend to get oily moisture residue in them, like the big boy powerstrokes.
you would think they would have installed a self purge valve by now
like we have in the air brake system on the bus.
i am already looking at a mod.....
a few things that really make you smile is TORQUE this little v6 has tons of torq down low.
the 5.4. always upshifted on slight hills out of 6th
my 6.0 never dropped down a gear unless we were very heavy and running up a good grade
but this little puppy stays locked in 6th and you can feel it pulling, same rear gear ratio too 3.55
over all pretty happy

That's 15.5 mpg. Not too bad for the first tank. Those mpg's on the computer can be deceiving. My wife has had our Honda's up to 40 mpg but our best fillup was 38 mpg on the interstate. I'll be glad when I can get an EcoBoost, but gonna have to drive the 08 for awhile longer.
