Im too afraid a blower would chuck something out at one
of my bikes, truck or car...

im a bit anal about getting all the nooks and crannies...
i open all the doors, gas cap & hood and im certain to wipe
clean & dry the the portions of the door and the door sill, in
and out...i thread the edge of the towels thru cracks of all
the mirrors and let the towels absorb the water...ive never
had a problem.

Wow... I didn't expect this big a response on this! Thanks Gang! I don't always have access to a leaf blower at the fire station where I normally wash it at, and 90 PSI is hard to come by too, unless I crack the cascade system open on the rescue... they get mad about that for some reason...

it's a well, but the pressure washer helps. Still use the mop in a bucket though.

Extend the towing mirros out, during washing and drying. Use air compressor, limited to low pressure, to blow excess water from all nooks and crannies. Has worked for me for years.
