Are any of you using such device ? When towing sometimes the convertor unlocks when I think it will pull ok even if it stayed locked. Like right at the crest of the hill and it unlocks-mad . I have seen a few devices that you can control the lockup funtion with a momentary or even a toggle switch. The only thing you have to be sure to turn them off before going less than 20mph or the engine will stall. I was surfing eBay and came across one that is automatic. You set the lock mph and the unlock mph and go.What are ya'lls opinions on these devices?
TIA,
Keith Steele

Does the Lock-up save on fuel also...

Thats a trick question..
I ran one on my 02 7.3 in conjunction with the predator...
the senses of being pushed back in the seat and feeling the raw tq, sort of made me mash the GO pedal alot further than needed and kill a few mosquitos :burnit :D ,
gained some in driveability, but probably washed in mpg gains :D :D
