Torque converter.

2000 F350, 7.3l
Installed a new transmission with new TC 3 years ago. All the bolts to the new TC/ flex plate have sheared off, getting ready to install new TC and Flex plate. Had anyone had this happen before? Cause?

Torque Converter bolts were not tightened last time. Be sure to torque them the spec. I don't know the torque spec.
