Toolbox + tonneau cover = ???

I have a tool box, looking for a tonneau cover that'll work on my truck bed (F350 short bed) behind the tool box. Any of you ever do this? Any brands to recommend that seal better, work well, etc? I've found a few on the web... how about some info from you folks!

Couple of brands you can go with for a soft cover try the Sportmasters... you will have to get your bed measured and it takes about a week to get it... or you can get an Undercover that works with the tool box. It is hard plastic and works pretty good.

I have had an Access cover for 3 years and love it. It is not cheap, but is cheaper than some of your options. There are not a lot of choices with a tool box that I found.
