Tires

Been looking at and reading about new tires...

I want to get 285 75R16 for my 250.

Good reviews on the Revo's and the Wranglers... hard to decide.

Pretty much have came down to the Bridgestone Revo's or the Goodyear silent armor Wranglers...

I have had pretty good luck with Big O brand tires as well.

Anyone have any opinions on these or any other brands I should consider?

Use the truck to pull a 4000lbs. boat and travel in on the highway.

I bought new tires this summer. 285s too. Whatabudro pointed me to Yokohama Geolander IIs and I am very pleased so far. Fit with no problem and were better priced than the BFGs I had previously. You can read reviews on tirerack.com. I paid just over $600 installed.

Ive got my eye on a set of Yoko Geos too..........

ive got the newest dueler Revos on my 91 f150, i tow a lot too and got 31 x 10.5 x 15s on it. I like them, quieter than a regular dueler and great traction in sand/snow etc. Theyre not loud either. If i could get them in 18s or 20s for my 06 id have them on that too.
