Tires for 18" wheels

The price and the size for the Toyo tire is wrong... I will call Schwab tomorrow and find out which tire they are talking about.

Yeah - And looking at that tire - I would call it a road tire and it surely would not work in the mud of say a jobsite.

Are those stock rims? I wanted the ProComps - but mounting a 13" wide tire on a stock 8" rim just didn't seem right to me.

those look nice. how are they for handling on/off road, and what are they rated at? stock size rim?
80% of our time its on the road, the rest is draging the trailer in and out of mud and sand

Toyo Open Country AT 275/70 R18 tires

I just talked with Les Schwab tire salesman, and he said that yes toyo makes the above tire and they sell for $291 each. It is a new tire but has same tread design of all the Open Country AT tires. He said that they have a 50,000 mile gaurentee. Load capacity is over 3000 lbs. per tire.

yep i have 350.. same wheels... only i put bfgs all terrains.. 285 75r 18s i got at cost for about 250 a tire.. but most likely around 280 a tire... somthing like that... i have about 24xxx and still 3/8th tread left.. great wear ride is ok... got pressures maxed... great in snow and mud, i cut that rubber spacer and used smaller bolts for my mud flaps also.., did your truck come with spare 18 inch wheel... because mine did.. and most my friends trucks came with 17 inch steel wheel... not sure if dealership didnt steal it in time.. lol or what ..

And now people say the Contis suck and wear out by 21,000 miles...
WOW, mine still look like new and I'm pushing 23,000 miles.

PLEASE post your findings!! I have the Conti's and they absolutely suck!!

I hunted all over for a E rated 18" that would fit and could not find one.
