I have the stock 6 disc cd changer out of my '06 that is for sale. Make me an offer. I might sell it locally if I get a good enough price. For what it is worth, Ebay has them from about $200 on up, plus shipping.

I'll save bush the trouble of replying to this one:

on edit.... i gave mine away cause they basically are so plentiful they have
no REAL value....i would say go to ANY car audio shop...theyll have DOZENS
of every ford/gm/chrysler etc radio sitting on the shelf...

Most people here are aware of the value. Try it on e-bay & you might get a sucker or 2 to bid.

well since I was not sure of the value, I looked there to check it out, and found a couple that had been bid up to $275. I saw one at $200 and it was the cheapest one. So that is what I went with. Would seem logical to me...

I just bought a HIGHLY specialized OE/Factory unit for my wifes car...
2002 Subaru Legacy...I bought the RADIO (w/ single disk)
AND the 6 disk changer (that is mounted in the dash w/ the
factory radio)...99 bucks !

dont confuse ASKING price w/ actual CLOSE/WIN (and paid for) price.

FWIW:dunno

When I up-graded my Truck Sounds.. I mounted/built in the OEM radio into my FW.. Looks like it belongs there.

Built in some outside speakers too !

Wifes got the camera in her car. I'll try and post some picks tonite.

Basicaly what I did was Fab'd a piece of oak paneling w/trim that fit the opening where Montana had the 120v sterio/CD. Tapped into 12v from a nearby light, got a OEM pig-tail audio plug, hooked up the outside speakers to the front (bedroom) speaker wires, living room speaker wires and the XM in-put. That way, I can "Fade" from in-side to outside as desired.

Works for me.

At risk of High-Jack'n this Post. If enough SDD members are interested, I'll do a separate post with more detail, on this.
