Well, it's time to tire shop. The NITTO's only lasted with about 18k on them.

The rears look like dragster slicks almost. I was checking the local tire store today that we buy our big rig tires from, just to see what they have. They showed me some Cooper Discoverer ATR. They looked like a good tire.

I would like to stay with a 275/70/18 in a 10 ply load range E, but man, it's hard to find 18's with those specs, well, for me anyways.

What say you, the SDD community?

Anyone have the Coopers, bad or good opinions?

I've run Cooper Tires on a lot of my stuff through the years and gotten real good service life from'm Bama.

But, not being familiar with 18", and up, LT wheels ? I don't know whats Out There in Coopers.

I'm partial to 10 ply, All Steel GoodYear's, for my DRW. Got 75K outa the last set. Lil' pricey but I don't hafta deal with [Tires] for a long time.. and many miles :dunno

I got 53,000 on the factory Good Years (20 in)if it wasn't wintertime may have made 60. Replaced them with TOYO Open Country have 6000 on them there wearing great. The traction in snow is great, I also rotate at oil change.
