Today was the first day that I felt good enough to give our truck a good cleaning since our trip.
Two pin size dings in the paint near the grill :rant.
I can almost see the truck that slid in front of us, swaying off the pavement and right side trailer wheels into the gravel on the side of the road. Even though this neanderthal did not have any traffic behind him. Most of the professional truck drivers are considerate and safe, some I am sure have single digit IQ's. You know the type, that have one eyebrow that goes from the left ear to the right ear.
I guess for a 5300 mile trip, we came out good, but inconsiderate drivers of any kind make me want to mount a couple of 50 Calibers on the hood. :guns:
As you get older, we are supposed to be more mellow...It's not working here.:backoff

She will be resting until July. Diesel here is a low of $4.90 and a high of $5.20
Regular is $4.20

It's nice to drive the Focus, knowing that it sips the fuel.

We have the drags at our local track Saturday, so I think I will take one of the race cars for a spin. It needs the oil circulating anyway. Sitting for to long a period is not good for a car.

I got a nice fresh ding on my tailgate last month from a filppin' J/A mowing the grass in between the parking lots at work. I heard it hit as I was walking to my truck after work! If I didn't work on a Federal Navy Base I would have drug him off that Snapper and snapped his neck! But they frown on such things in the work place out here! I would have to go to anger management and that would suck!
