well it appears that the seals started leaking oil and blowing oil in the intake. thats about all the service report says.

well after the turbo rebuild my problem went away for a while. then i drove from kc to va and its back. It keept getting worse so today i loaded up the trailer and picked up the mechanic and with in 2 min he knew the problem. It appears under heavy load i am lifting the heads. he also noticed that the oil temps were extremly high compaired to coolant. so it goes in the shop asap to have new head gaskets/bolts egr and oil cooler replaced.

Put it ARP head studs while you have it torn down. This will stop this...

the diesel mechanic said ford started making stronger bolts and dont suggest using arp. Its covered underwarrany right now so i will go with what they pay for.
