I have an 07 f-550 with the 6.0l in it that wont hold engine heat on its own. I am going to try changing the thermostat. My question is do these 6.0ls run one or two thermostats? Most v-type diesels that i have worked on have twin thermostats, but for the life of me i cant find a second one. Is there just one?

Well in Canada it may have a hard time at idle .. the manual even states this ,, you may want to try a high idle mod if your prob is only while idling

Upfitter Switches will do this. I don't have the write up on your year, but someone here will chime in.
