Don't reprogram it.


If you do reprogram and then the engine goes kaboom, a saavy dealer tech can definitely find evidence that you've messed with the electronics running the engine and then you're up Chit creek re: trying to get warranty repairs.

I WANT!!! It sound like the many of you have had your truck for ten of thousands of miles. What type of parts am I looking at breaking adding a mear 150 HP and 250 Tq. I am just under the 10000 mile marker and I NEED a real world answer. Can i take this motor and tranny to 100000 miles with a SCT and not break anything? I know i need to worry about shreadding a whole lot of tire but will the truck blow a gasket.

Please help i can't afore to blow this truck up.

you need to do alot of other mods before dumping an extra 150hp to a stock system.

gauges, bigger exhaust, air intake, boost tubes, bigger IC. all of this stff will help it to breath better and fart out the hot exhaust too.
