Update

Picked up the new MacBook along with a wireless modem yesterday afternoon. I am now sitting in Deadhorse Alaska on the shore of the Arctic Ocean surfing the Internet. Isn't technology great :)

Much different to operate than a PC but seems to be easy enough to figure out. Only took me twenty minutes to figure out how to use the spell checker so I could post this ;)

Time to drive home..

Time behind the keyboard is the only thing that will get you familiar with the MacBook. Great computers.

Move2Mac is included with your software. It is under "Applications".

Dave :)
No Move2Mac included :(

I am getting it done using a 8g memory stick. Got the photo's all moved now I am working on the music :sweet

I am really starting to like the mac much better than pc. Seems much better for the home user. Still have to figure out how to change over a few documents but other than that all is good :D

Update

I have had the MacBook for a month now and I must say I really like it. I kick the old PC every-time I walk by it. I did install Microsoft Office 2008 for Mac but other than that I am Microsoft free. Once you get use to operating the mac it is very user friendly. Anything I want to do seems to be possible with a quick help search. There is also lots of good information on how to run the computer and all the applications at apple.com. I must say that I think the saying is true - Once you go mac you will never go back :sweet

I right click a LOT. Get a mouse with the software for the buttons and you should be all set. I am using a Logitech wired optical mouse.

crumm- are you missing the ability to right click?
Nope. I can right click all day long. Just hold one finger on Trackpad and click with the other. You can also set the Trackpad so that secondary click is on the bottom left or bottom right corner. The Trackpad does fancy stuff with one, two, three and four fingers. Scroll, Zoom, Click, Navigate and swipe can all be done with fingers on the Trackpad. Takes a day or two to get use to it but then you can't live without it.
