What the heck do you need a D9 for? My neighbor next to my shop is an excavation company and has a couple D8's and many D4-D6. Just curious of your use.

At the ranch in Oregon, we had many trees in the west pasture, and with a D9, you can remove trees, and clear ground very fast. When we hired the D8 to dig a pond for us, we had him clear about 20 acres of brush, which he did very quickly. We also have a MF40 tractor, that would have taken days to do the same thing. The ranch in Oregon is at 4500 ft. elevation, which drains hp from our normally asperated MF40. We also have a T.O. 20 that could hardly move on it's own while pulling a small disk. at that elevation. A D8 or D9 makes short work of a large area. Here was some of the needs at the ranch. Also was going to have him go up to the top of the mountain and come down making a road up to the top. The ranch property line is on the other side of the mountain.

Lloyd, I didn't know that you were a big time rancher out on the west coast. LOL, That place sure looks sweet.
