Looks like the new 6.7 Scorpion engine may be released sooner than we thought? This may help bring resale value up on our trucks also. Just think, do you wanna be the first guy with a completely new engine?

I dunno, it depends on if you need to lift the cab off the frame to change a filter.:rolleyes:

Maybe they will make it a cabover :lmao

Ya know ??? THAT.. has always been something I can't believe they didn't do, in lieu of cab [removal]. Or at the Very least.. Hinge the Hood & Fenders, from the front.

The next year or so is guna be VERY Interesting for Ford & IH... and the other two. And the rest of us....... for that matter. HANG ON guyz'n Galz.

It would have made a lot of sense, a one piece forward tilting plastic or fiberglass front end.

We used to have an Eagle Vision (Dodge Intrepid). The front fenders were plastic or some other non-metal material. They seemed to hold up quite well, resisting door dings, rust etc. I don't see why you couldn't make a one piece front end out of the same stuff.

I would be willing to bet they didnt make the tilting one piece hood because of the cracking issues that you see on large trucks with one piece hoods. I know I wouldnt want the hood on my truck to look like crap because the paint cracked from engine and road vibrations.
