TC problem? Tranny? Fuel filter?

hey folks,

really need some help here. lately when driving my truck an doin a hard stop or at times going from drive to reverse. the truck will bog down real low an almost stall. it has stalled once when i went from part to drive to reverse real quick while sitting in parking lot? i don't know if this would be fuel filter issue? tranny? or Torque Converter? any help would be greatly appriciated!!!
truck is a 99 PS super duty with 283,000 miles

Low tranny fluid will do that. If the fluid is good and up to the full mark. It can be the converter or pump.

Trans filter in the pan if it came loose would also cause that.
