Tar removal

I do not know what the name of it is, but Kragens sells a product that is made for tar and bug removal. I have used it in the past and it works great, and does not damage your paint. Another product is at

3M also makes a bug,tar,remover.

I've had some pretty good luck with kerosene on a rag. Doesn't smell like hell forever like diesel. Doesn't seem to hurt the paint either.
