zookie , i went thru the same thing about 10 years ago fed up with working in flat rate jobs & all the b. s. that goes along with that . people don't care who thay screw to get what thay want. i was lucky & had a friend who worked dfor the state & that got me a chance to chance jobs . i was lucky. good luck ,chuck
