if you seek delusion, you will find it.

the corollary of what you are saying is after learning how to remove a splinter, deciding that you are capable of performing heart bypass surgery.

for whatever reason you might have come to the conclusion that this is a problem, R&R'g that part is is so involved, you really need a professional diagnosis. it is WAY over your head at this point.

before you get too into the LPOP check to verify that you're not getting enough oil pressure. The highest demands on the LPOP system will be at WOT.

Also keep in mind that the oil pressure is maintained by your bearings (both cam & crank) along with the HPOP system's check valves, so just because pressure might be low it does not mean the pump is bad, it could also be a pickup tube issue or clogged inlet screen, worn bearings, or any myriad of other things.

and for the record when testing when you go from idle/cruise to WOT the oil pressure will drop.
