Hi this is my first post. I bought a 97 f-350 psd that has a 4 inch skyjacker lift kit on it. It has the trac bar drop bracket installed. The front sway bar is always rubbing on the trac bar. Also there is only room for the axle to move up 1 inch before the sway bar hits the bottom of the tracking bar mount. Has anybody had this problem? Thanks

Welcome to the site Jake,

I have not closely examined how the lift companies compensated for the sway & trac bars however it sounds as if you have some missing pieces or something that was installed wrong.

If you have a means of taking digital pictures that would help us most in trying to figure out the problem

it looks as if you need a longer link from the ends of the sway bar to the frame.

the pictures were kinda dark so i touched them up and resized them to put on in the thread

Thats the ticket :sweet Even with my reverse shackle lift I had to extend them. Cut the round stock in half and insert the ends in a piece of pipe about 6" long and weld together at the proper length.

You can also buy longer links @ most parts stores. I've actually seen them hanging out in autozoo when I pass through there.

Your sway bar bushings look like they could be replaced as well.

Just to be sure you know what we are all talking about the vertical pieces that attach to the end of the swaybar are the links that need exending.
