Replaced mine today and it finally got rid of that mysterious bumping I've had for the 6 months!!

According to what I'm told,Energy Suspension has a bushing kit for the front sway bar & endlinks called the "SuperDuty Kit" which was installed on an Excursion. I need to get the kit part number from him and post it unless you have that same kit.

the polly energy suspension bushings
are better (and cheaper) that what ford uses

This is the kit I got. Part number 4.5186 (its all the way to the rightEnergy Suspension Parts: 4WD Super Duty (1999 - 2004 Models), 2003 in the link)

In my link you can pick your color, red or black also. It said something like the red ones didnt have something in them or something like that(IDK). I had already ordered the black ones anyway.

Replaced mine with the Energy Suspension bushing, and no more clunking. And the old rubber ones just fell right out on my end links. Only problem was the split ones on the swap bar really had to cuss them in.
