The only problem that I've had, and that's recently, is that the injectors began failing one after the other. My dealer recently found that an 'injector sleeve' had to be replaced and stated that it was due to a programmer I had used for 40,000 miles or so. The original tires were replaced at about 60,000 miles and I've had no other issues.

I've got a 05 6.0 L. It's been Pretty good, other than the head gaskets completely letting go on me,vaccum pump(after only 4000km)other than that she's a good truck. (95000km)

Welcome. Lets start off easy the continental tires are junk I dont know anybody that has ever had a set last very long. Try replacing the rear diff fluid with royal purple synthetic in the correct grade. Mine didnt work properly till I changed the fluid. Most tubos dont go bad but if the vg turbo is alowed to sit at idle to often or to much it will carbon up the veins. Some times you justhave to run it hard to blow it out. I have heard of problems with the egr but usualy the valve can be cleaned and work fine but if its the cooler thats a different story. Hope that helps.

06, F350, 11,000 miles, no problems. They must have built mine on a Tuesday.
Continental tires are wearing fine so far. Limited slip works fine. 4x4 works fine. Egr and turbo works fine. Fuel mileage is great. Only happiness here.

67K on my OE continentals. I plan on waiting until this fall to change them. About 90K. LS is a joke on these trucks until it starts working and you can't make it stop, that's even worse than having none.

All most 52,000, 1 turbo at 46,000, 3rd set of tires, original brakes still half pad, runs great, L.S. works good. The only thing this truck is louder at an idle then any other 6.0 I have ever been around. not the exaust the engine. The M/C air filter 4C3Z9601AA Each $51.24 at powerstrokeshop.com Found this when I ordered my remote start, keyless entry, security.;tu
