Help Needed Sunroof Track

I've notice the past few times I've used my sunroof (acutally opening it now with the cooler weather!) that when it is opening, it sort of chatters in its tracks. I got up there and sprayed some silicone grease in the tracks (now the whole truck reeks!) but that doesnt seem to have corrected the problem.

Anyone else have this issue? What did you do to correct it?

I'd take it back to Ford Jordan..

Those Sunroof assemblies, with all the tracks, cables, guides and servos, they could get real complicated, real fast.

You'de probaly halfta drop the headliner and such.. that kinda stuff oughta be done by FORD ? That way.. if [they] screw it up.. it's on [their] Dime ??

Thanks for replying Joe. I was fearing that, but i think that might be the best solution in the end as well.
