Update
Thanks for all the help and info that ya'll have given me. Well I finish the job about 5 tonight. Put a little baby powder on all the connecting areas and then started the truck. No leaks at all. That is nice. No leaks from the turbo pedestal either.
Took the truck out and ran it, sounds alot nicer with no hissing sound. But still only managing to lay down 18-20 PSI. That is on the econ tune haven't run full yet. Getting 2 PSI running threw the neighbor hood at 30 mph which I have never had before.
This was a total PITA job but learned alot. Would be willing to help anybody else that is looking to do this job. Just need more beer.
