still the sputter when it's punched

Hey folks, I still have that sputter when going along at around 100 km ( 60 mph) and I want to pass someone.Or when I have to climb a hill ,Ford say there is nothing wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have not looked yet, but I was wondering would this truck have a throttle plate in it? Next ,what use is this throttle plate if I do have one? Does anyone know where the EBP valve is located?
If I go back to Ford I can mention this to them.
